The concept
Just a short one today. This was my first shoot with my new Canon R6, and Sigma 50mm f/1.4, and 85mm f/1.4 lenses. What a dream, these lenses are. The camera's not bad either lol. I also brought along an old Olympus 35mm lens that I adapted for the Canon, and shot a few focusing manually. It was fun going back and forth. I edited the colour shots using Phil Chester's presets. I find them quite dreamy, and more "filmy" than even some of the VSCO or Mastin Labs presets I've used in the past. The black and whites are a mix of actual Tri-X, shot on my Yashica FX-7, and an Ilford Delta VSCO preset, with some of my own tweaks. Honestly looking at them right now, I can't be certain which ones are Tri-X and which ones are digital.
